APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

The downloadable application is to be used to describe waste and/or materials offered to the General Waste Landfill for transportation and/or disposal. The application will request information that is essential to determine whether General Waste can transport and/or dispose of it in a safe, environmentally sound and lawful manner. Please attach any Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), analytical reports, toxicity data and/or any other relevant information which may help to describe the waste.

NOTE: This application should not be used to characterize a special waste defined as a hazardous waste by any applicable Federal, State, or Local law including but not limited to 40 CFR, Part 261, or as PCB wastes regulated by 40 CFR Part 761.
